About Us

If you're looking for the long story...
It all started when I planted a small zinnia garden in 2023. That summer, after we lost our baby at 10 weeks I began to have symptoms that progressed until I couldn't use my arms or legs. The zinnias became a source of joy for me in a dark season. I was eventually diagnosed with Lyme Disease and began a long road of treatment. In all of that dark winter, I was drawn to the dirt; I needed life. I planted over 1,000 flower seeds and with the help of my family, dug up the grass in our postage-stamp city lot. We turned our entire yard into a garden bed. As the plants grew, my strength was returning as well. The garden became for me a symbol of life overcoming death, beauty grown out of the dark, and a visual of God's promises. I can testify along with the Psalmist that those who sow with tears will reap with shouts of joy!
I spent the next two years arranging bouquets for my local community from my garden plot and fell in love with "painting" with flowers as I created. In 2025, we moved from that city lot to a 5 acre home in Northeast Pennsylvania. I look forward to expanding my garden and flowers to be able to share with the community all summer long! However, I realized how much I missed having fresh blooms in the fall, winter, and spring as well. Limited options at the grocery store and local shops left me without my favorite flowers in my home three-fourths of the year.
In 2026, I seek to change that! I am partnering with expert farmers and growers to provide a unique local subscription option to keep fresh flowers arranged in a free-flowing style on your table throughout the months when we all need flowers the most. Join the subscription waiting list to hear when we launch this Fall!
